For this purpose we develop a mobile application, with multiple interfaces -  a mobile application for the trainee,

a mobile application for the trainer and a web and mobile app for the manager.

We analyze the trainee's behavior and understand his motivation, but actually we do much more than that, we analyze the trainer and by doing that we are able to bridge the gap between the trainer’s approach and the trainee’s needs and create a personalized training and motivation program for both sides.
